Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dg77 platform and all its services, products, and content. In this document, "dg77", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on dg77. "Platform" refers to the dg77.mom website and all services under it.

By accessing this platform or opening an account, you voluntarily and with full awareness give your consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using this platform.

Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on dg77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, email, and mobile number at the time of registration
• National ID card or passport details may be requested for identity verification
• Keeping account information up to date is the user's responsibility
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account
• Transferring or lending your account to a third party is strictly prohibited

Age Limit & Eligibility

dg77 is for persons aged 21 and above only. No minor may use this platform. If a minor's registration is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing the platform through a parent's or another person's account. dg77 bears no liability in this regard.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted at dg77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these four mobile banking options are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
• The deposit and withdrawal accounts must belong to the same person — transactions through third parties are prohibited
• Any transaction may be suspended if money laundering or fraud is suspected

dg77 reserves the right to request additional verification if suspicious financial activity is detected. Withdrawals may be held if the required information is not provided.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

dg77 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be followed. General bonus terms are given below:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times
• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000; wagering = ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000
• All wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion. Bonuses may only be used on your own account.

Betting Rules & Game Conditions

All types of betting on dg77 — sports betting, casino games, slots, and others — are governed by these general rules. Each game or betting category may have its own additional rules, which will be stated on that category's page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns will be investigated if detected
• Any bet connected to match-fixing or corruption will be considered invalid
• dg77 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet

For sports betting, bets can be placed on various markets across popular sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The decision of the body that determines the match result shall be considered final.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in the account being closed immediately:

• Engaging in corrupt or fraudulent activities
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Attempting to hack another person's account or attempting unauthorised access
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other members
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform

If any of the above violations are detected, dg77 reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit funds without any prior warning.

Account Suspension & Termination

dg77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is detected
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found
• If a request for identity verification goes unanswered
• If there is a risk of account security being compromised
• As required by applicable law or regulation

If an account is closed, legitimate funds will be returned; however, bonuses or winnings earned from bonuses will not be returned. If you have an objection to the closure of your account, please contact the support team.

Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the platform after any change will indicate that you have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request that your account be closed.
